    How to insert a contact lens

    Wash and dry your hands. Place the soft lens on the curved tip. Hold My Scoopp near the eye without touching it, let the lens move onto the eye, then blink once. Rinse the applicator and let it air dry.

    Place one drop on the clean tip. Keep your head level and bring My Scoopp to the eye. Stay relaxed so the drop goes into the eye instead of onto your cheek. Close the eye for a few seconds, then rinse the applicator.
