How it works

Same applicator. Two different jobs.

My Scoopp is not a contact-lens tool with drops added on, and it is not a drop guide that can also hold a lens. Each function has its own short routine.

My Scoopp applicator
Function 1

Insert a contact lens

Use this when the tip is holding a lens, not a drop.

  1. Wash and dry your hands, and start with a clean applicator.
  2. Set the soft lens on the curved silicone tip. Keep your fingertip off the lens.
  3. Hold My Scoopp close to the eye without touching the eye.
  4. Let the lens move onto the eye, then blink once so it settles.
  5. Rinse the applicator with warm water and let it air dry.
Function 2

Place an eye drop

Use this when the tip is holding solution, not a lens.

  1. Start with a clean, dry applicator.
  2. Place a single drop on the tip.
  3. Bring My Scoopp to the eye. Keep your head level.
  4. Stay relaxed so the drop goes into the eye instead of onto your cheek.
  5. Close the eye for a few seconds, then rinse the applicator.

Care that applies to both uses

  • Rinse with warm water after every lens and every drop.
  • Air dry it before you put it away. Skip alcohol and high heat.
  • Keep it in a clean case when you travel.
  • Replace it if the silicone is damaged.
  • If your eye stays irritated, stop and ask an eye-care professional.
